1. Should have experience in Current Owner, Two owner.
2. Application knowledge required on any two of them Data Trace,
Data tree, Title Point, Title View, Fiddler, Cirtrix, Landex.
3. Knowledge of Netro-online usage for searching documents is
mandatory
4. Should be comfortable to work majorly in Night Shift.
5. Should know to work at least minimum of two states.
6. Should have complete Title Search domain knowledge.
7. Good Analytical skills.

1. Experience into commitment typing, abstract typing and property
reports typing for the properties in US
2. Min. typing speed of 35 WPM.
3. Having a minimum of 1year and maximum 3 years of experience.
